Prolific Technology’s project controls methodology offers dramatic benefits to our customer through our highly experienced staff & team members. As the eyes and ears of our client, we place our staff & team members into positions that respond directly to the client’s program and field managers. Our daily dialog communicates and integrates with the project team creating a robust foundation for the development of the project plan and its successful execution in support of the project’s overall mission and vision.

Our staff & team members at every level are encouraged to practice real-time constant communication, feedback and engagement in daily activities aligned with goals and expectations within clients groups and across functional areas. Collaborative communication including shared reviews, analysis and peer input will ensure both a stronger individual contribution from our staff team members and a more mission centered output for the entire project plan. Communication among key contributors from all functional areas including scheduling, cost, compliance, engineering, design and earned-value validates and strengthens real-time proactive accountability to the mission of the project plan from its inception.

Key contributors & program managers from these project planning areas are encouraged to partner with each other at the beginning of the project development phase to forge strong ties for the duration of the project. Designed for project development and proactive collaborative project development, we employ a shared real-time peer review throughout planning, scheduling, valuation and reviews; this is critical for the project’s success. In accordance with this peer-shared information, project documentation, communication tracking, and management it will align with standard documentation controls within the projects self-working checklist.

Overall, PTCGL’s staff team aligns with the mission and vision of the project plan. Our key is to sustain the project plan and its best possible execution. We conduct daily review of the project mission to allow for constant self-realignment as both goals, expectations and daily activities are measured for mission synchronization. At every turn, our staff and team members should consider if their goals, assignments and activities are in line with the client’s project mission.

Our proactive process allows us to identify problems, obstacles and opportunities that arise during the course of a project and respond to them quickly; for example, when changes are introduced, the plan and schedules must be revised. Some changes are the result of scope change; others result from studies, errors and value engineering. Unfortunately, change seldom affects only one aspect of the project; it can have a ripple effect on the entire project.
