Our staff typically supports a review/approval based system with full tracking prior to final submittal for all project controls activities within the agreed upon scope of work. Our staff and team will integrate with the internal self-managed review process to ensure real-time feedback across the project’s planning phase. The integration of our team will support tracking, review, and approval of configuration control processes and tasks that impact each functional area. In coordination with the goals of the overall project/proposal mission, we will offer valuable analysis through detailed peer review, documentation of red-lines, and informal suggestions. In support of project goals, we will deliver to the project team the final documents prior to final submittal. |
