1. We establish an integrated Time-Phased Schedule which corresponds to the planned budget baseline.
2. We identify & sequence authorized work in a manner that provides visibility of the task interdependencies & critical path of the project.
3. We clearly define project deliverables, milestones & performance goals.
4. We focus on Cost & Schedule management to ensure visibility for work authorizations, control of scope, schedule and equipment components.
5. We provide timely baseline performance measures through trending data, validation & Earned Value Management.
6. We ensure that each Work Package & Planning Package align to the Control Accounts & WBS structure, thereby preventing duplication within the baseline.
7. We identify Contingency & Undistributed Budget.
8. We assess progress achieved throughout the project’s lifecycle and measure in terms of physical work completed.
Our services include project management, schedule development, third party coordination and construction project oversight.
As a minimum, all projects should have schedule and cost estimates that are developed from the clients documented approved work scope as the basis for the project cost and schedule baselines.
The levels of detail, techniques, reviews and frequency will vary with the size of each project and the degree of project risk determined. The project risk assessment will influence cost estimating precision and detail needed by evaluating factors such as the type of work (from proposal to construction) and schedule phase (conceptual design to construction).
