Matthew White

Matthew White recently graduated from James Madison University and began working with Prolific-Technology Consulting Group, LLC, in fall of 2010 as a Junior Scheduler. Having played varsity soccer at James Madison for four years, Matthew knows what is required to be on a close knit team such as Prolific-Technology. Shadowing Mr. Greg Proctor for the first months of employment was an eye opening experience. The level of determination from Mr. Proctor was contagious and also very inspiring. In the time Matthew has been employed, he has seen what must be done in order to deliver an approved final project. Being trained in the field under multiple circumstances, has shown what type of attitude and outlook of which is needed to work for Prolific-Technology. The mentor protégée approach got Matthew submerged deep in the Project Management division of the business. Training this way showed him more aspects and dynamics of the personal interactions of each element of Prolific-Technology, different than what could be taught in a classroom. In the time Matthew has been with Prolific-Technology, he has focused mainly on the scheduling and business development. Since being assigned into a business development role, Matthew's responsibilities include:

Meeting sales goals and overall quality of service.
Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients.
Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls to establish relationships.
Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business.
Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings.
Maintained a high profile in the professional and business communities.
Pursued long-term account strategy that maximized profits and assisted in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate decision makers.
Monitored new account success by contacting customers at scheduled intervals.
Ensured customer program satisfaction.
