PTCGL’s management has first-hand success in leading and managing many projects. At the core of our management approaches is the belief that those most familiar with the work to be accomplished and the inherent risks associated with that effort should play a pivotal role in decision-making.

Our management team oversees the progress of the project through managing deliverables, risk mitigation, monitor budgets and schedule creditability. However, each and every individual on a program has the opportunity and is expected to provide their input through the Prolific Open-Communication Policy.
This proactive approach allows us to identify problems, obstacles and opportunities that arise during the lifecycle of a project.
Our services are reviewed through validations, verifications, and demonstrations. We conduct regular reviews of our written documentation and products that ensure their accuracy using state-of-the-art scheduling software and “best practices”.

Project Controls Focus – As the eyes and ears of management, it is our major function on any large-scale project to embed ourselves with engineering, business management, procurement, and quality control.
Project Support Services – As the client’s representative, we can provide continual monitoring of the project status for the purpose of identifying unfavorable conditions or trends, prepare appropriate recommendations for the project to control and mitigate negative deviations in cost or schedule and to capitalize on favorable trends
Enterprise Project Management Solutions – Through providing cross-functional controls over all supporting roles, we are able to create incredible clarity and visibility during the progression of the project.
While our current staff is educated, experienced, and qualified to meet many task requirements, Prolific is proud to have developed and maintained strong business relationships with other companies that complement our capabilities as needed.
Just as we understand the need for an effective employee retention plan that ensures a readily available and strong staff, we also appreciate the importance of strong teaming relationships. When we establish and build successful relationships with other complementary organizations, we make it our business to maintain those relationships. Should a need for sub-contracting arise, Prolific can refer to these relationships on an as needed basis.
